Detoxing Through Journaling

Detoxing, and cleansing can feel for the most part a physical process, but in reality often times candida overgrowth, fungal infections, impacted waste material in the colon are symptoms of stress, emotional eating, even spiritual and psychological imbalances. 

It's just as important to face the root of the problem when detoxing. Journaling is a powerful tool to give a voice, and name to concerns, stress, trauma, and other issues you could be unconsciously harboring. 

 

Journaling is a subtle yet effective way of bringing consciousness to aspects of our life that need our attention, love, and most importantly forgiveness.
