Dining

Dining at Pacha Munay is based on a philosophy of world cuisine made with local organic ingredients, many grown in our gardens. We also work with a few local organic producers to ensure the highest quality and freshest food.

Food safety is a top priority for us. We use water filters and ozonation to clean any raw fruits and vegetables, and we purchase our drinking water from a local purified water supplier.

We’re able to cater to most dietary restrictions with the exception of nut allergies.
