Food + Drink

  • We serve breakfast and lunch and recommend intermittent fasting — however, if you’re hungry in the evenings we have fruit or light soup available. This allows for the best possible detox results.

    A variety of fresh-pressed juices, probiotic drinks, and healthy snacks are always available throughout the day.

  • The Q'ero Nation people are renowned worldwide for their spiritual energetic ceremonies. They've been called Masters of Living Energy. We work with Pacos (priests) of the highest integrity.

    These ceremonies are especially beautiful because they are based on gratitude. They are called ‘despachos,’ or ‘pagos’ as in payments to Mother Earth (Pacha Mama) and all she offers us selflessly.

    These energetic ceremonies are a powerful way to set intentions for your healing, offer gratitude to life, and pray for your deepest aspirations.

  • The Lares Hot Springs are renowned for their healing properties. Minerals found in the water at Lares include Boron, Calcium, Sulfate, Lithium, Potassium, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron, Zinc, Phosphate, Silica, and Nitrogen.

  • The Urubamba market is a local market that highlights dozens of local farmers and producers. View a variety of local goods being sold from herbs to rice to vegetables & fruits and more.
