Explore the Sacred Valley

It's not happenstance that this place is called sacred.

The whole region of Cusco really has a mystical feel to it. The moment you step out from the airport you'll feel the energy here is special. Even though there's hustle and bustle as you drive through the city on your way to the valley, you'll also notice a quiet energy. There's a palpable peace that emanates from the Andes mountains in this region. Some say that the Earth's kundalini energy of the earth which previously resided in the Himalayas shifted to the Andes mountains of southern Peru and Northern Chile. Whatever the source of this energy, one thing is for certain, the feeling of peace here is undeniable.

Cusco comes from the Quechua word Q'osqo meaning ‘belly button.’

Ancient tradition here says that Cusco is the belly button of the world. The chakra that's at your belly is called the navel chakra or Manipura. And this energy center is associated with your self-esteem, sense of purpose, personal identity, individual will, digestion, and metabolism. So it couldn't be more appropriate to come to a wellness at the belly button of the world, to support and cleanse your digestive system, to release toxins, and to discover yourself again.
